Papier-Mâché Workshop with Andre Aghasi

Step into a creative space where paper transforms into sculpture. In this hands-on weekly workshop, artist Andre Aghasi invites participants to explore the expressive possibilities of papier-mâché through form, texture, and imagination.
Inspired by sculpture, storytelling, and experimental design, these sessions are suitable for both complete beginners and those with previous creative experience. Participants will learn practical papier-mâché techniques while developing their own unique artistic pieces in a relaxed and welcoming environment. From abstract forms to decorative objects and sculptural figures, each session encourages personal expression and creative exploration.
Participants who complete 10 workshop sessions and create their own artwork will also have the opportunity to take part in an art exhibition held at The Rising Sun Arts Centre in Reading, where they can showcase their finished pieces.
