Volunteers needed - Reading Lockdown Quilt

Amy's picture

Calling all sewers, quilters, embroiderers... we need help in sewing our Reading Lockdown Quilt. We are looking for volunteers of all sewing abilities and experiences - from simple patchwork sections, to embroidered words. The quilt is going to be a large tapestry, approximately 2m high and 5m wide. The design is the skyline of Reading city centre, with all of our beloved landmarks and iconic buildings. Patches from the digital lockdown quilt will form the basis of the design.

Come and join our lovely quilting team.
