Hi everyone

First of all, a little thank you from ourselves to everyone who paid us a visit last weekend.  As always it was a pleasure to see so many familiar (and not so familiar) faces.  Especially those of you who made it to Bandorama, not only was there yet another bumper bar take, but more importantly, an equally big bundle of money raised for Messy Club in the process... cheers!

This weekend is a little bit quieter.  On Sunday, we are proud to bringing you a FESTIVAL OF DANCE

A whole day of free dance activities including classesm demonstrations and performances as well as a little bit of social dancing so everyone can have a go at puttting what they've learned into practice!  Latin, swing, tango and much more, including lots of taster sessions for beginners as well as more advanced classes for those who can already dance.  The Rising Sun's  cafe will be open all day selling tea and home made cake.

Our festival of dance is funded by Reading Borough Council as part of Reading's Year of Culture and its Get Fit for Culture programme.  Start 2016 with a burst of energy and a bit of culture.  We'll also have more information on hand about The Year of Culture and other activities planned ihn Reading during the year which you can get involved in.

We're open from 11am to and it'll cost you absolutely nothing to get in.

That’s everything for another week, just to remind you that we are, as always, at 30 Silver Street, Reading, RG1 2ST

(If you pop it into your satnav or Google, we shall magically appear!)
