Women are invited to join the Mystical Feminine Movement at the Rising Sun Arts Centre for our new fortnightly classes.

The Mystical Feminine Movement sessions are about women coming together to learn, explore and accept their Shakti – the life force powerful beauty that lies within us all.

These classes will include a variety Mystical Dance, Self-Inquiry Meditation, Movement Tantric practices, Shadow Work, Empowerment. Bringing movement and dance into a spiritual practice.

The sessions are led by Leah Gillson, a mystical dance teacher and holistic therapist. Recently returned from 6 years travelling and studying in Asia, she’s combining yogic, trantric, meditative and various other spiritual teachings into her classes for female empowerment and relationship harmony.

Describing the sessions, she says “It’s time to let go off fears, worries, judgment, expectations we hold on to about how a women needs to be. Here we will take the time to move through these, recognize our own inner goddess, accept her, love her and be her. This will be a safe space for all women to recognize and move through limiting belief patterns, concepts and fears that is preventing them from living as the true goddess they are.”

The first class is this Tuesday, 16th June and will continue on a fortnightly basis from then on. For more information, please contact Leah via her Facebook page.
