More acts announced for Here Comes The Sun

Damien's picture

With two months ago, it’s time to announce some more names for this year’s Here Comes The Sun festival.

We’re very happy to say the pop-tastic Big Zero will be joining us this year. They’ve played at the centre a lot over the past year or so, and so it seems fitting to have them here for the festival, too. Also making their Here Comes The Sun debut are the electro-rockers Forget Gravity, and making their Reading debut are Ovvls, bringing us experimental psychedelia all the way from Liverpool. And returning to the festival this year are Buildings on Fire.

But, it’s not just music we do at Here Comes the Sun. If you’re looking for a laugh, Stand and Deliver Comedy are loaning us Rhodders and Lucas Jolson for the day. If you’re looking to take part in something, the Hands of Rhythm drum circle will be doing a special workshop-cum-performance. And if you’re looking for something different, we’ll be welcoming back the Aldbrickham Clog Dancers!

We’ve still got even more great acts and features to announce, so watch this space – or head over to our Facebook event and tell us you’re joining us this year,
