Let the repairs begin!

Damien's picture

If you passed by the centre yesterday, you probably noticed that scaffolding has been erected at the front. This is the first stage in some much-needed work to repair and revitalise the building.

Work will begin in earnest to fix some of the windows and give them a lick of paint in the new, bolder colours. We’ll also be replacing some of the downpipes and a few other bits and pieces to the guttering.

This work is being carried out thanks to the hard work of our building-restoration team and the various funds that have been raised specifically for repair work. And the results will definitely be worth it. After all, we want to look nice for our 25th birthday.
