Here comes Here Comes The Sun!

Damien's picture

This year’s Here Comes The Sun Festival will be held on Saturday 13th August.

Our festival committee met for the first time yesterday – mere hours after the Open Day and 5 months exactly from the festival day – to begin planning for the biggest party of the summer. It was, quite frankly, difficult to stop the ideas flowing back and forth!

But we can’t do it alone – if you’re a band, singer, performer or artist of any kind and you’d like to be part of the festival, drop us a line at programming@risingsun-artscentre.co.uk with the subject line “HCTS 2016” and we’ll duly consider your request.

We’re also on the lookout for more volunteers to join our teams, both in terms of planning and on the day itself, so please let us know if you’re keen to help out.

And in the meantime, here’s some photos from last year’s festival to put you in the mood!
