Come along to our volunteer prep day for Here Comes the Sun Festival. All hands on deck - there are plenty of jobs that need doing: printing and distributing neighbour letters; checking gazebos, parasols, tablecloths; prepping food area, BBQ, catering equipment; tidying the carpark; help finish off the new yard area; prep childrens activities; check bunting + pulley system; check outdoor stage.
Lunch at 1230. All welcome to join. All help needed and gratefully received!
