AGM 2026

All volunteers are invited to the Rising Sun AGM. This will be followed by a free lunch for all those who would like to stay and attend.

Business to be conducted:

Names of Trustees running for nomination will be formally announced on Wed 10 August. Trustee year Amy Gibb will be standing for re-election. Currently, interim appointed Trustee Seamus Allen is standing for election. Trustee George Field will not be standing for re-election. Interim appointed Trustee Paul McMullen will not be standing for election. Please get in touch with us directly by Wed 10 August (trustees@risingsunartscentre.org) if you are interested in becoming a Trustee and would like more information about the role.

 

Any members who have further items or resolutions to propose should also submit these by Wednesday 10th August. At that point we will release biographies/profiles of all candidates, a full agenda, a copy of the annual accounts and the Trustees Annual Report. Volunteers who are unable to attend and wish to vote by proxy will have an opportunity to submit a voting form which will be attached to the next AGM mailing.
