It's cold outside, but we're already thinking about the sun - the Here Comes The Sun festival, in fact! This year's event will take place on Saturday 17th August, so get that date in your diary.

Back for it's 10th year, Here Comes The Sun is an all-day festival of music, arts, and everything the centre holds dear. From 11am till 11pm, the whole building will be transformed into a colourful cathedral of culture, with music, dance, kids activities, food, drink and much, much more.

And as it's our 10th year, expect some truly special celebrations!

Advance tickets are available for £8 (plus booking fee) or they'll be £10 on the door. Under-14s go free!

Want to perform at this year's festival? Our programming team are ready to take submissions. So if you're a singer, band, musician, barbershop quartet, comedian, poet, juggler, unicyclist, performance artist, visual artist... anything! - drop us a line to programming@risingsun-artscentre.co.uk with the subject line "HCTS 2019" and links to your work so we can check you out and see if you're the right fit for this year's line-up.
